These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the How2.ie AI Marketing Studio (the "Service"), available at https://how2.ie/social_media_automation. The Service is operated by How2.ie ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service does

The Service helps you create marketing content for property-related businesses: campaign text, voiceovers, and short vertical videos. You may optionally connect your own TikTok account to send finished videos to your TikTok inbox as drafts, where you review and post them yourself inside the TikTok app.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Your content

• You retain ownership of the campaigns, scripts, voiceovers, and videos you create with the Service.
• You are responsible for ensuring your content is lawful and does not infringe the rights of others.
• Generated videos may include licensed stock footage supplied via third-party providers; that footage remains subject to the provider's licence terms.

4. TikTok integration

• Connecting TikTok is optional and uses TikTok's official login. We never see or store your TikTok password.
• Videos are only ever sent to your own connected TikTok account, and only when you explicitly click "Send to TikTok".
• The Service never publishes content automatically. Every video arrives in your TikTok inbox as a draft that you review and post manually.
• You can disconnect your TikTok account at any time from within the Service, which revokes our access.
• Your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok's own terms and community guidelines.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that is unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, or harmful, or to attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the Service.

6. Availability and changes

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We apply reasonable storage limits and may remove generated files after a retention period.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Irish law.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
